Accountant

About the Role

As part of the accounting team, you will perform core accounting functions while leveraging strong analytical and technical skills to support financial insights and decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong general accounting knowledge as well as financial and managerial reporting experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and recurring general accounting tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and GL account reconciliations
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
  • Complete monthly financial close activities and prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages for multiple entities
  • Monitor results and provide in-depth variance analysis
  • Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Support AP/AR processes and ensure accurate reporting
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide insights
  • Prepare supporting documents used for tax preparation (1120, 1065) and assist with tax filings (use tax, 1099s)

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited 4-year college
  • 2-4 years of accounting experience
  • Prior tax, audit, or healthcare experience a plus
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort with accounting and data systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to interface with management, radiologists, and other internal departments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience

Our Process
